Byco FAA Registration (Trustees) Ltd. LLC
We specialize in providing individual Trust and Operating Agreements to Non-US Citizens and Companies both within and outside the USA to enable them to legally register their aircraft on the FAA ‘N’ registry. Byco FAA Registrations( Trustees) LLC will provide a fully approved FAA Trust and Operating Agreement and all supporting documentation. Our Secured Trust and Operating Agreements are individually drawn up for you or your company and aircraft, providing complete security, safeguards, and intelligence. They are not an asset of the company.
For an aircraft to be registered in the United States it is required by the FAR’s (Federal Aviation Regulations) to be registered to a US citizen or a US citizen owned corporation. The FAR’s require that a US citizen has control over your aircraft to protect the interests of the USA. However, there are safeguards built into the Trust and Operating Agreements that ensure you, the Beneficial Owner, is fully protected. We register both aircraft which are currently US registered and those coming from a non-US register.
Each individual Trust and Operating Agreement is reviewed, approved and retained by the FAA at their registration headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Our services provides each client with a secured individual FAA approved Trust and Operating Agreement for each aircraft registered with us.
The registration process takes approximately 2 weeks before the temporary registration is issued. We use a personal carrier service in Oklahoma City to facilitate this process securely. During this period of registration transfer, you are not allowed to fly the aircraft.
We also provide
Registration at the International Registry for eligible airframes and engines.
